I thoroughly enjoyed the training program. The concepts were described in simple terms, making them easy to understand, and the videos were divided into small, manageable sections. This division was especially helpful in maintaining my attention and focus throughout. The duration of the videos was perfect—not too long or overwhelming, which helped me stay patient and engaged. However, a few parts of the training could be improved. For instance, while creating a tawk.to account was straightforward, I found understanding how to check my profile a bit challenging. A more detailed explanation or step-by-step guide in that section would have been helpful. Overall, the training was effective, but incorporating a few more examples or additional clarification in tricky sections could make it even better. I appreciate the effort put into making the content accessible and engaging!

Well explained tutorials. I especially appreciated the earlier sections on listening, empathy, and mental health. Some video tutorials were outdated in terms of the talk.to platform, but obviously you can't remake tutorials every time the website changes format. Otherwise, easy to follow.

I loved this training! I think this was very informative and necessary to have before helping someone psychologically. There was one training with myths about mental health that I think it should be updated (because there is wrong information in it). I also want to ask if there a way to have my last name's first letter with the upper case on my certificate?

I really enjoyed the training and I love how each section thoroughly explained what would be required of me as a certified chat responder. I like that you have the option to go back and review the material and how there's an online community to interact and engage with other fellow members. The information provided is extremely helpful and can be applied to your personal life and I've found it to be very effective. I am looking forward to this new volunteer experience!
