Certified Listener's Society training is extremely helpful. You learn so much and in such a learning conducive environment. I would recommend that many people volunteer with this organization. Not only are you doing good for many others, but you're learning valuable tools that you will use for a lifetime.

I very much enjoyed my experience with the training module for CLS. It was straightforward, organized, and informative. I think it is more than sufficient for a new volunteer to learn how to become a Certified Listener. If I do have any criticisms, it would be that some of the video formats are a little outdated, perhaps slightly unmotivated at times, and occasionally funk in terms of functionalist. However, if those small issues are adjusted, the platform would be close to perfect! Thank you for the wonderful training! I look forward to helping people through this medium!

I am honestly glad to have taken this step and register to volunteer with the certified listeners’ society. Training went very smoothly, the portal was user friendly and the team was always effective and quick to answer any question I had, and I had quite a few. I am looking forward to the rest of my time with CL and encourage everyone to register to volunteer. You will not regret.

I was honestly so pleasantly surprised with the quality and effectiveness of this training. The slides, the presentation - it was all so well-thought-out and executed. Really goes to show the expertise of the creaters. This course would have been great for anyone, people in general even, just to become a better listener.

My experience so far has been positive. The training materials are clear and well-structured, and the team has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. I recently uploaded my police background check, and although I ran into a small issue progressing to Lesson 20, I reached out to the support team and am confident it will be resolved. I appreciate how organized the program is and the emphasis on both professional development and emotional support skills.

To who it may concern: I found this training to be very insightful. helped me see things from a different perspective, however, I found some of the videos script too fast. The narrator was not too bad.

It was a real life experience acquired taking this course. The lessons content were both educational and practically inspiring. Not only did I learn what it takes to be supportive for those in an emotional situation, the lessons were a value added to my life vision. I do recommend the certified listeners course to whatsoever.

This training was enjoyable, easy to understand and easily accessible as it was online. Not having to commit to a strict schedule or attend in-person classes made it simple to complete training at my own pace, and I was able to go back and familiarize myself with information before completion.
